Delete your account from the app
Open Uruvar Kisan, go to Profile, and choose Delete account. After you confirm, your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period, no phone call required.
- Your profile and personal details are removed right away.
- Your mobile number is released, so you can register a fresh account later if you change your mind — nothing from the deleted account carries over.
- Anything you had published on the marketplace stops being visible to other users.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, you can ask us to delete your account and all associated data:

This opens an email to contact@uruvarlabs.com pre-filled with your request — just add the mobile number your account is registered to and send it. You can also call +91 99101 65953. We verify that you control that number and complete the deletion within 7 working days, confirming back to you when it is done.
What is deleted, and what we must keep
Your profile, saved addresses, preferences and device registrations are deleted at once. Records that tax, accounting and other laws oblige us to keep — invoices for completed orders, payment and settlement records, and KYC verification logs — are retained for the statutory period only, are no longer linked to an active account, and are never used for any other purpose.
