Who we are
Uruvar Kisan is operated by Uruvar Labs LLP, Majra Bhaiswal Road, Near Ma Godavari Hospital, Gali No. 2, Ved Vihar, Shamli, Uttar Pradesh 247776, India. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Uruvar Labs LLP and "you" means the person using the platform.
What the platform does
We run an online marketplace that connects farmers, wholesalers, retailers, input suppliers, warehouse owners and delivery partners, and we arrange payment and last-mile delivery between them.
For goods sold on the platform, the contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller. We are not the seller of those goods. We are responsible for the platform, the payment handling and the delivery service we arrange, and for the refund commitments set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Your account
You need an account, verified by a one-time password sent to your mobile number, to buy or sell. One account is issued per mobile number. Keep your device and number secure — activity through your account is treated as yours.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. Give us accurate details; selling or buying under false information may cost you access to the platform.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are set by sellers and shown in Indian Rupees. All fees are itemised at checkout before you confirm — see our Products, Services & Pricing page for the rates.
An order is a binding offer to buy once you confirm it. The seller may accept or decline within the acceptance window; if they decline or do not respond, the order is cancelled and any payment refunded in full.
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not see or store your card details. Payment for an order is held until the order is delivered, and only then released to the seller.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by Uruvar delivery partners and priced by distance and vehicle class. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees; weather, road conditions and the availability of a suitable vehicle affect them.
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order and confirm the delivery code. Check the order at the point of delivery — issues raised then are the fastest to resolve.
Sellers, suppliers and partners
If you sell, supply or deliver through the platform, you are responsible for the quality, safety, weight, legality and accurate description of what you list or carry, and for holding any licence your goods require. Earnings accumulate in your Uruvar wallet and are withdrawn to your own bank account subject to the fees on our Pricing page.
What you may not do
- List goods you do not have, cannot lawfully sell, or have described inaccurately.
- Interfere with the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, or use it to defraud anyone.
- Use another person’s account or identity.
- Take payment outside the platform for an order placed on it.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. Money legitimately owed to you remains payable.
Liability
The platform is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version published here always applies.
